I am glad to know that the OPCAR Foundation is bringing its 11th edition of Souvenir on 8th October, 2016. The Foundation is providing Financial Assistance to the Underprivileged Children and Destitue Females. Conductiong Free Health Check-up Camps, Meditation & Yoga Camps, Planning low budget Shelter Homes for Senior Citizens and organizing Hobby Classes/Summer Camps & Creativity center for underprivileged children in different areas. The Foundation is doing commendable job for integrated welfare of the society. I extend my best wishes to Management Committee and Members of the Foundation for successful publication of the 11th Souvenir and also for all its future endeavors.
